Processing 

When you place an order with us, you place an order for a luxury cleansing experience created especially for you. All items are handcrafted in small batches to ensure our products meet or exceed our premium quality standards. We make it a priority to use only the freshest ingredients from as many local sources as possible. Processing time for instock items is 1-3 business days.

 

Shipping Policy

We use 2 Day Priority shipping from the United States Postal Service. Our goal is to provide the most efficient and economical solution to shipping your order. After your order has been processed and packaged, a tracking number will be issued by email so that you can view the shipping progress. Orders are insured by USPS for up to $50 in value. If you would like to provide additional insurance for your order, please contact us or leave special instructions during checkout.


Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in creating unique, one of a kind goods made only from the highest quality ingredients. Each item is hand crafted in small batches and made exclusively for each customer. Because of this process and the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
